Job description

Exp Range:2-5 years Work Location: Chennai(WFO Only) Shift Timings:6:30 PM-3:30 AM(US Time Zone) Mandatory to have experience in international technical voice support

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be part of a small highly qualified team that provides day-night round-the-clock support to customers 5 days a week. You will support Enterprise SaaS products, hardware devices that work along with the SaaS, desktop products, and mobile apps.

You are thus supporting customers in Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, chat, and ticketing portal.

Questions are usually related to product usage, product and server issues, installation, and deployment. Some calls require you to debug issues by deciphering log files. Debugging also requires knowledge of host operating systems, firewalls, and working with a customer or their IT team.

An internal knowledge base has to be updated by the support team. You will also communicate with customers about patches and updates. You have to liaise at times with our internal product development team.

Customers think we are fantastic because we are easily reachable and knowledgeable and solve their issues on the first call. You will undergo extensive training for three months.

Job Requirement

Excellent debugging skills. * 2 + years prior experience in the US time zone shift.(6:30 PM-3:30 AM) * Any science graduate.
