The Human Resources Executive has many responsibilities, but the most important of all is ensuring that all the employees in the company are happy and at their productive best. An HR executive's job is extremely important to the functioning and growth of an organization. They are the most important people in middle management and are a communication channel between senior management and employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the process of recruitment which includes sourcing, shortlisting & scheduling interviews.
- Planning and designing employees' benefits packages.
- Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Overseeing the employee's termination process.
- Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
- Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Requirements - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Working experience with the ATS and HRIS.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Outstanding knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws.
- Ability to work in a critical environment.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
