Experience: min 7 to 12 yrs from Construction / Real Estate Industry (Residential & commercial projects).
Work location: Bhandup / Goregaon in Mumbai

Coordinate with various Contractors / Vendors – follow up for speed work & for procurement of required materials at site.
Coordinate with Internal departments – Coordinate with design department , contract & procurement for necessary inputs.
Coordinate with external clients
Site execution – Monitor execution of site
Monitoring & execution of civil and structural work
