Brickwork Ratings is actively looking for an ideal candidate for the Senior Rating Analyst position in the BFSI Sector for Securitized Transactions.Candidates from the credit rating agencies/ banking/financial services industry who can join immediately or early will be given preference.About the Company: Brickwork Ratings (BWR) is one of India’s leading credit rating agencies, committed to providing the investment community with products and services needed to make informed investment decisions. BWR’s ratings have rated over 100,000 large corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses.BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.Primary ResponsibilityCredit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for Securitized TransactionsFinancial analysis and ability to make financial projections, of the financial instrumentsAnalytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committeesMaintain excellent quality in the analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actionsInteract with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders and visit companies and factories as part of regular monitoring and data gathering.To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, and reviews every quarter/ material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries.Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations and policies.Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical qualityClient interaction and managing good relationsCompetency / SkillsAnalytical expertise in the Securitized Transactions segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in Structured Finance Products.Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.Proficiency: Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment in the BFSI sector SecuritizationStrong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills to present the facts along with rating recommendations to the rating committees.Proficiency: Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment in the large corporate sectors / BFSI sectorExperience: 5 to 8 years of work experience in credit rating of corporatesLocation Preference: Mumbai, BangaloreInterested candidates can email their detailed resumes to [email protected] with the subject line " Senior Rating Analyst: Securitization Transactions"
