Role And Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The main responsibilities include:
- Engaging in telesales and telemarketing activities to generate leads
- Conducting outbound calls to prospects and presenting our services
- Effectively communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Working in a general shift
Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in telesales
- Sound knowledge of telemarketing and lead generation processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A Bachelor's degree in any stream (BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BTech)
Required Skills - Experience in telesales/telemarketing
- Outbound calling and lead generation
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi
