Job description

CRM is the primary point of contact for all residents and will help residents understand the scope of the Embassy

Services and ensure the end-to-end experience of living is delightful for end users.

Qualifications & Soft Skills Requirements

A qualified graduate with a facility management background (Residential)

Excellent Coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly skilled in MIS reporting, Budgeting & profit-loss Management.

Ability to lead people, recognize talent, mentor subordinates and create collaborative teams.

High integrity and work ethic. Tracks & keeps commitments.

Job Description

To maintain all owners and tenants' database and keep all information updated

To ensure every resident moving into the property understands the property byelaws, dos & don'ts of community living, and the scope of ESPL Operations

To ensure a seamless move-in and settle-in experience for all residents

To address all resident complaints via the Embassy Community app and ensure

timely closure of issues with minimum escalations

To provide adequate support to the interior team through issues of the Interior Commencement letter and work permits

To ensure all complaints and issues notified by residents through phone calls or in person are promptly addressed and resolved

To ensure delivery of courier packages and letters to respective villas through Security and without delay

To ensure timely billing of CAM

To ensure collections of CAM dues from every end user within the due date and report to finance for accounting purposes

To ensure the timely issue of receipts and updating of CAM statements of every end user

To monitor adherence to community bylaws by all residents
