Hiring for the post of Hr Executive

Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS joining new employees and left in excel sheet.
- Prepare MIS Employee (Attendance, Leave Records) in excel sheet/software.
- Preparing and Maintaining MIS Reports
- Performance of employees to motivate them for better productivity..
- Making Salary (Salary Sheet & Slips), deductions of the employees
- Labour welfare fund contribution deposition to Welfare commissioner.
- Vendor management & Bills checking approving, regular following up with vendors.
- Maintain Statutory Compliance as PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
- Preparation of ESI & E.P.F online Challans, UAN Generation of new employees as well as mapping with the current establishment, KYC Seeding, declaration for previous employment, Online transfer of claim, withdrawal etc.
- Managing Administrative work like Security, House Keeping, General & Maintenance Dept.
- Ensure timely, refilling and serviceability of Fire extinguishers and AMC (New / Renewal)
- Prepare all registers regarding all labor laws, deduction register, and advance registration.
- Responsible to Control and monitor Security systems, Environment, Health, and Safety Standards.
- We are versed in various employees engagement & Motivational activities like Birthday mails, festivals, and other company events, employee get together, picnics & parties, sports competitions.
- Maintain employee records their personal files etc.
- Preparing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Transfer Letter
- Prepare PF & ESIC deductions sheet in excel and send to sheet as a consultant.
- Opening of bank A/C of all the employees.
- Preparation of the Training Calendar according to business requirements.
- Timely remedial measures on various grievances of employees
- Assist to senior with all the inspections under Labor Law.
Salary: Up to 3.50 LPA
