Maintenance Automation Engineer with us, you will be handling of electrical activities for plant, LCA Projects, and IOT. You will be responsible for maintenance and automation activities of the plant and office at Nashik and will report to the Maintenance Manager, LEI.
Key Accountabilities Responsible for:
- Maintenance of plant equipment (machines, cranes, welding, pneumatics, etc)
- Hands on Experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi PLC
- In depth knowledge of HMI and SCADA, e. g WinCC, Factory Talk, In Touch, System platform, Fault findings, trouble shooting, P&ID understanding, SQL, Industry 4.0, IoT platform.
- Knowledge of power Bi & AI
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings readings and components
- New projects for improvements in safety and reducing power consumption and carbon footprint.
- Establishing preventive maintenance schedules and reducing breakdowns
- Showing continuous improvements in plant maintenance through energy savings, reducing downtime, etc
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- BE/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineer
- Experience for BE at least 3 years/ Diploma- 5 years in handling maintenance and Automation in renowned organizations
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, HTML, JavaScript, Webpage.
- Knowledge of PLC, Arduino, and raspberry pi
- Knowledge of TPM preferred.
- Experienced in handling contract/temporary labour
