1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
To analyze, develop, maintain and Expand the SME Retail portfolio in assigned geography.
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
New Business & Product Development:
 Analyze the market for the products and do market research.
 Planning & execute market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
 Meet with new customers for sourcing, assistance in business development activities.
 To establish strong marketing channels in the assigned territory through market research policies.
 Develop suitable products for new business opportunities.
Credit Assessment:
 Perform detailed credit analysis, field visit of the cases. Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment.
 CAM preparation and analysis of financial statements.
 Present the analysis to the committee for approval through Head - SME.
Operations & Monitoring:
 Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.
 Post-disbursement monitoring, Company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality.
 Relationship management with the companies.
 Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company.
