Job description

Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during banquet events. They set up banquet rooms and ensure all equipment is in place, including tables, chairs, linens, and serving pieces. Banquet Servers take orders from guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. They also clean banquet rooms and equipment after events. Banquet Servers must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to stand for long periods of time. This is an entry-level position.

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Server who will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during banquet events. In this position, you will be expected to set up banquet tables, serve food and beverages, and clean up after events. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Set up banquet halls with tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet halls after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies
