NFTE Life Cycle Management: Wing to Wing Management of diversified workforce operations spread in respective Zone across all Sales Channels. Drive and meet NFTEs Hiring numbers as per MOU and Provision agreed by business. On a Monthly basis. Strengthen the Prescreening and Line up process. Hiring For Special projects to be drive as per the requirement. Hiring resolution as per SLA to be done. 100% timely verification initiation. Driving Insufficient ,Unresolved and Beyond TAT cases. Cordinating for smooth Onboarding, Verification and Exit Management of respective Zone. Headcount Control :Ensure and control Zone wise actual active headcount does not exceed MOU/Provision numbers. Tracking of PSA wise Onboarding and hiring Regulating Onboarding in Force24, ensuring swift on boarding of selected candidates for each NHO twice a week maintaining all hiring criteria/ rehiring guidelines/ negative profile scrubbing / approvals, as per URN, Minimum wages adherence, NFTE PII and KYC data guidelines Reduce the NFTE overall attrition by 2%. Track completeness and accuracy of BGV reports, BGV initiation within TAT ,Immediate action on Negative BGV Cases. Offer Letter issuance by PSAs and ID card issuance. Infra Management : Reviewing and Monitoring Sales Sites offices across all channels in respective zones, ensuring Adherence to Compliances like Fire NOC, Land use, OC and S&E as per State Laws and other regulatory. Transition and Acquisition of new Sites. To acquire all new Sites with 100% complied status like commercial site, with Fire NOC, S&E, Land use, Occupancy certificate and other compliances. Support Compliance, FCU & Legal in executing disciplinary action or support required related to investigation. Coordinate with PSA's and Legal to resolve exceptional issues like arrests, manhandling & POSH complaints for respective Zone Arranging and providing details for discussion/ meeting with NFTEs, Managers, PSA, FCU / Investigation teams in relation with fraud case, disputes, customer complains, cobrand partner complaints, Labor court notice, Police investigation etc. Relationship Management: the relationship with five PSA Partners Zonal Head & two Verification Agencies. Partner Management: Monitor the service delivery for all SLAs in the agreement for assigned partner. Identify and plug the process gaps. Adherence of Minimum wages act for all the States and Union territories in Respective Zone Conducting Weekly call with the PSA on the reports/issue/process /Pendency /Hiring . Reviewing and recommending for salary advance/ loan to NFTE's Preparing channel wise dashboards Life cycle process for ZSMs/ CH and RD. Adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Review and recommend for all NFTEs disputes and arrears pertaining to salary, incentive and F&F claims for Banca and Open Market. Approving EKYC ticket in NCPI portal as per checkers guidelines. Reviewing and approving FTE Force24 ID creation, access right provisioning and deactivation. Ensuring NFTE attendance capturing and leave management done through system by all the NFTEs and Managers in respective Zones Reviewing and approving NFTE hiring request in system. Preparing customizing reports and dashboards Sales / PSAs / Agencies and WE department channels / Zones / Managers (RD/ZSM/ RSM/ ASM), etc. for various analysis and daily monitoring with various filters and trend analysis etc.Job tags
