As a UI/UX Designer at Smartworks, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for various products and services. You will be expected to understand the business needs of different teams and create user-friendly, visually appealing products.Experience - 3+ years Education : B.Des /M.Des OnlyPrimary Skills : - Designed products at scale, Figma, Design systems, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flow, Usability Testing, UI/UX Principles, Typography, Color theory, Spacing, ThemesSecondary Skills - Agile, Brand guidelinesRoles and Responsibilities :Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership and work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processesLeading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfacesAnalyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferencesMust have knowledge of open source design system(e.g. Material UI, Carbon Design), brand guidelines, design principlesShould have a strong portfolio of design projectsCollaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly softwareA solid grasp of user-cantered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concernsExpertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, UXPin and the like is a mustEnhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the companyAccount for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcomeMake strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and featuresWhat we are looking for:Expert UX Design with User focused design and experience.Expert in Typography, colour theory, accessibility guidelines, themes, spacing.An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websitesIllustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools Experience designing apps based on Material Design and iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines or creating own design systemExpert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principlesAbility to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
