Job Responsibilities

  • Work with GSO QAP partners for effective implementation of the QA Program.
  • Ensure timely completion of Quality reviews without any observations or issues noted in the quality of the QA performed.
  • Be able to multitask and leverage skills across a diverse slate of screening functions.
  • Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality.
  • Constant and regular review of processes and performance with focus on improving departmental competency / performance rating.
  • Regular reviews of procedures assuring new processes are documented.
  • Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables.
  • Foster and champion High-Performance Culture where people are empowered to make decisions that affect their work/environment.
  • Assist the management team in risk assessment for process and recommend implement controls.
  • Identify areas where efficiency can be gained within process.
  • Assisting with and creating presentations to present GSO Quality Findings
  • Laser focus on document retention and always being audit ready.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • Experience and a strong working knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations are mandatory.
  • Experience with CLS or Sanctions screening a necessity.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
  • Capability of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships across multiple site and businesses.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through while escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Ability to use creative problem-solving techniques to solve business issues.
  • An acute and client minded focus.
  • Strong PC, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Shifts : Variable - Need to be flexible working across all shifts.
