Job description
As a Senior US Staffing Recruiter at Escalon Services, you will be charged with identifying uniquely talented candidates for Escalon's internal positions, as well as serving as a client-facing recruiter, recruiting for the positions of assigned client
companies. You will serve as a stakeholder for the assigned positions, making sure the talent pipeline always holds a decent amount of candidates.
Responsibilities:
· Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal databases.
· Interview prospective candidates via phone/zoom to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
· Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of experience in talent to submit to current and future client base.
· Work closely with the client hiring manager or internal partners to take a holistic approach to building pipelines.
· Partner with the internal recruiting team to build efficient and scalable candidate pipelines.
· You will be creating and deploying unique passive sourcing strategies to bring in applicants.
· Prepare Excel reports and maintain a database of candidates along with updating client or internal ATS systems with required data and updates.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the international market ( US/Canada)· Experience with online networking tools, such asLinkedIn experience conducting searches on job boards, recruitment databases, and ability to identify and access new professional networks required.
· Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for recruitment and hiring.
· Strong communication skills (written and spoken) are required, fluent English language skills are mandatory.
· Ability to schedule several interviews and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture.
· Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or customer relationship management software is required.
· Proven experience working closely with clients and/or internal hiring managers.
