Job description
Property sourcing and infra development for branch.
Invoice processing and ensure timely payments disbursement of ALL bills
Ensuring safety and security of the company assets.
Checking and ensuring working condition of security systems (CCTV, IAS, Access,
FAS etc.)
Fire equipment s and its working conditions and timely renewal.
Facilities, Day to day activity & general admin related coordination between branch
and HO.
AMC Tracking for assets, compiling data for the locations, data maintaining for repair
and maintenance works (DG maintenance, UPS, Inverter, AC etc.)
Coordinating with other branches as required.
Petty cash management and controlling over expenses.
Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies: verifying
receipt of supplies and distribution of stationery items.
Tracking housekeeping and branch upkeep activity
Monitoring pantry operations and its supplies as needed
Training HK/pantry staff to run day -to- day operation smoothly.
Taking feedback form teammates or visitor employee to improve branch facility and
upkeep.
Creating friendly and positive environment with staff by communicating everyone for
solving their issues.
All Arrangements of staff events and organizes for branch.
Provide general support to Customers/DSA/PSF etc.
