ABOUT THE ROLE :
Academics Head - CAT and OMETs Category: Primary responsibility to ensure that the best quality of content being delivered to learners. On a day to day basis work involves monitoring the sessions (with help from team), suggesting and implementing improvements, solv ing the problems - assessing them and classifying them based on difficulty and taking a call on value offeringIn short, play an active role in the strategic development of the category as a concept and take full ownership for the quality of content delivered
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contribute in creating engaging programmes of study and intervention
- Define pedagogy, curriculum framework, course structures and programme development as per the category vision
- Overall responsibility for the quality of programme delivery from defining the pedagogy, learning objectives and measuring the impact of the same.
- Teacher hiring and development, performance management for impactful delivery
- Work closely with the technology team to enhance delivery metrics of each programme
- New product initiatives to enhance learner's delight and learning at the same time
PERFORMANCE MEASURE :
- Innovating and Engaging Study Programs covering desired curriculum
- Maintain superior quality of teaching and learning
- Impact and effectiveness of learning concepts
EXPERIENCE : 10-15 Years of Experience as Academician
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
- In depth knowledge of CAT and OMETs
- Well versed with Quant, LRDI and VARC
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
- Inclusion of technology into education
