Job role - General Manager – Sales, India

Come play a pivotal role in overseeing and synergizing the efforts of the sales team across various strategic divisions, including Institutional Sales, Kitchen & Bath (K&B), Architects & Designers (A&D) Specification, Builders, Hospitality, Distributor and Network Development in India. A role that calls for a visionary leader with a proven track record in channel development and management, capable of harmonizing diverse channel strategies to achieve Quantra's overarching sales and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities • Lead Pan India team from the front; monitor and evaluate the performance of each channel against set targets and objectives, identify synergies and opportunities for cross-channel initiatives, enhance overall effectiveness and reach. • Develop Market share and Expand Sales Channels with strategies for expanding Quantra’s presence across new and existing channels, leverage market analysis, competitive insights, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions. • Inspire and develop a high-performing team of Senior Managers, foster a culture of excellence, innovation and collaborative success. • Interact Effectively as a key liaison between channel development operations and Partners from tier 1 and tier 2 cities. • Champion innovation within channel strategies and operations, embracing new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to stay ahead of market trends and competitive pressures. • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for channel partners and internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of Quantra’s value proposition and product portfolio. • Ensure that all channel activities align with and promote Quantra’s brand identity, values, and market positioning, enhancing brand visibility and reputation across all touchpoints.

Qualifications and Work Experience 1.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. disciplines. 2.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role with significant exposure to channel development, sales, and marketing within the stone industry 3.

Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and developing channel strategies that have significantly contributed to business growth and market penetration. 4.

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies.

Skills and Competencies 1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization and with external partners. 2.

High level of analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and turn insights into actionable strategies. 3.

A track record of embracing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance channel development and performance.
