Job Title:

Quorum Level 2 Operation Support Duration:

6+ months Contract Location

Remote

• Quorum experience is a must; all other qualifications can be discussed. • Skilled Quorum Level 2 / L2.5 Operations Support • Candidates with experience in Energy Oil and Gas industry and/or hydrocarbon accounting are encouraged to apply • 2-5 years of experience in operational support of Quorum or oil and gas accounting applications • Basic technical experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and Quorum custom implementation applications • Responsible for handling escalated issues that Level 1 support is unable to handle • Provide technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications • Create trouble tickets for incidents and tasks, assign team members, and monitor application service • Analyze and troubleshoot functional and product queries, maintain logs, recreate issues, and communicate with users • Responsible for handling escalated issues that Level 1 support is unable to handle • Assist users with SQL scripting and general database queries • Reproduce and document application issues • Triage incoming user issues and prioritize them accordingly. • Work with users to troubleshoot application issues, test solutions, and provide resolutions. • Perform complex technical tasks independently, including database troubleshooting, installations, and environment configurations.
