This role is critical in enhancing our AI-powered recommendation system, ensuring we match jobs with tech professionals more effectively. You'll be instrumental in analyzing recruitment decisions and outcomes to improve our platform's accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities Develop and refine machine learning models to improve our recommendation system, focusing on the entire recruitment process from application to job performance. Analyze data on recruiter decisions, application screening, interview outcomes, and job performance to identify patterns and predictors of success. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate machine learning algorithms into our platform. Perform data mining and statistical analysis to understand why certain candidates succeed or fail in the recruitment process. Work closely with the recruitment team to incorporate their insights and feedback into the recommendation system. Continuously test, refine, and enhance the model's accuracy and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in machine learning or data science, with a focus on recommendation systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis. Experience working with large datasets and conducting A/B testing.
