•   Responsibilities:
• Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports
• Responsible for participate in all stages of the product development and support processes
• Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the tech support and development team
• Will be responsible to assist tech support teammate for all kind of issues and enhance their productivity and skillet.

• Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Team Work Time Management.
