We specialize in addressing gynecological health issues during key life stages such as menstruation, preconception, pregnancy, and menopause. Our comprehensive support includes a range of clinically researched nutraceutical products and expert consultations with gynecologists from across the country.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development professional at Dame Health. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as business planning, sales, account management, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the health and wellness sector.

Scope of work Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis in the health and wellness industry. Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns to tailor sales strategies effectively

Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand our brand presence. Identify and pursue partnerships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and medical facilities, to promote our products and services. Explore opportunities for distribution through online platforms and offline channels.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Establish rapport and collaboration with healthcare professionals to gain endorsements and referrals. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and closing deals with new clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across online and offline sales channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials to support sales efforts.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments. Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies is an advantage. Willingness to travel and attend networking events as required.
