Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for liaising with the sales team to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in IT sales or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
