Job Responsibilities :-
Formulate a Manpower plan and share reports every week
Source and recruit appropriate candidates as required
Worker recruitment including from CIPET and ITI
End to end responsibility of Induction
Employee Exit Management
Knowledge/ Skills:-
Excellent stakeholder management
Well-developed interpersonal skills and follow up
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience of implementing and using HRMS software is a must
Qualification:-
HR Graduate or more
Experience :-
Total experience - At least 5-6 years
Candidates who have recruited for manufacturing companies will be considered
IT recruitment experience will not be considered relevant
Turnover of the company in which the candidate should have worked should have a turnover of minimum 300+ Cr.
