Job Overview
We are hiring a BPO Team Leader to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As a BPO Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of BPO agents to achieve operational excellence and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Female candidates only
- Junior: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Proven experience in team building and team leadership
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BPO operations and processes
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of BPO agents, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Coach and train team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor team performance, track metrics, and report on key performance indicators
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
