Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the spa and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other tasks of the role include budgeting, overseeing skin care treatments, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Spa Management and Customer Service
- Ability to manage budgets and financials for the spa
- Experience with skin care treatments and knowledge of industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and staff management skills
- Experience hiring and training spa staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
