Responsibilities:
1.   Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2.   Utilize Boolean searching and effective job posting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
3.   Maintain and update employee records using HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
4.   Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies in all HR operations.
5.   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
6.   Actively participate in onboarding processes and employee orientation programs.
7.   Utilize LinkedIn, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite for effective HR operations.
8.   Demonstrate logical thinking and analytical skills in problem-solving scenarios.
9.   Stay informed about industry trends and bring innovative HR solutions to the team.
10. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department through effective teamwork and communication.
Qualifications:
1.   Any graduation degree in similar field.
2.   Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HR roles within a professional setting.
3.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.   Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities.
