Position Summary: As a Global Account Manager in the promotional products industry focused on the U.S. market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your expertise in understanding client needs, coupled with your ability to deliver exceptional service, will solidify our position as a trusted partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Forge and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Understand their unique needs to ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and services.
- Strategic Account Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to boost growth and maximize revenue from key accounts. Use your strategic insight to drive increased business value.
- Lead Conversion Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Managers to effectively transition leads into viable opportunities and convert them into successful orders.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving any issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proposal Management: Manage and respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs from global customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM system meticulously updated. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding orders, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts. Develop strategies to enhance our market presence.
- Internal Collaboration: Work in harmony with internal teams, including Sourcing, Operations, Design, and Product Development, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and market shifts. Anticipate changes in client needs and adapt our solutions to meet these evolving demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in account management or sales in the promotional products industry, preferably in the U.S. market.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in proposal development.
- Agile and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Deep understanding of the promotional products industry and its trends.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters in Business Management
- Must have 5+ Years of experience in a Sales Position. Must also have proven and successful track record.
- Preference to candidate with experience in handling Ecommerce Orders management team/ Global Sales Call centers team.
- Preference to candidates with digital customer acquisition experience.
- Work from office
- US shift (5 pm to 2.30 am)
