Job Overview:

The Adobe Campaign Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and management of Adobe Campaign solutions within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. The lead is expected to play a crucial role in hiring, mentoring, and training the Campaign team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Campaign, including campaign workflows, email templates, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and databases. Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience segments, and marketing goals. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve targeting accuracy, and enhance customer engagement. Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team on Adobe Campaign best practices, methodologies, and tools. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, IT, and creative departments, to ensure campaign success. Play a pivotal role in hiring of campaign developers and take charge of establishing and leading teams. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance skill development and expertise in Adobe Campaign. Monitor campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and key success indicators to assess effectiveness and ROI. Conduct A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and audience profiling to optimize campaign targeting and messaging. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and campaign management. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign management, and digital marketing. Proven experience in a leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years as a team lead. Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard is required. Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience with integration and exposure to other Adobe offerings is a huge plus. Adobe Campaign certification(s) is a must.
