Job description

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and conducive living environment for residents. Enforce hostel rules and regulations while promoting a positive and inclusive community atmosphere. Coordinate and conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities. Address and resolve conflicts or issues among residents, promoting a harmonious living experience. Implement security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of hostel occupants.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a hostel warden. Any degree from a recognized institution.

Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety and security protocols. Organizational and administrative skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive living environment.
