Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Recruiter role located in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and negotiations with candidates, Client management etc. The person in this role will also be responsible for collaborating with the team to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates and a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• Internship Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Strong network on Linkedin etc.

Annual Compensation

INR 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA (Fixed+Bonus) + Daily Meals
