As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting calls when necessary and taking accurate messages.
- Assist clients with their queries and provide information about the company's services.
- Manage the appointment scheduling system and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless flow of information and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a front desk executive or relevant role in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
