Job description
Handling the overall R & D department & directly
reporting to the Managing Director.Developing new product ideas and recipes for new sweet
products.Modifying and improving existing recipes.
ï'§ Manage QA process to ensure products meet quality
standards.check and maintain the food hygiene.
ï'§ Handling the overall Stocks, Production, Dispatch and
Packing Department.Testing of Water and Milk.
ï'§ To check and maintain the food hygiene.
ï'§ Microbial testing of finished product.Responding to the concerns Raised by the Customers, finding the
cause of the complaint and making the corrective action.Monitoring on cleaning schedule, sanitizing procedures
