The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in  a variety of high temperature processing applications. Our product offering is extensive and covers application needs from Industrial to Commercial markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

• 📊 Managing and optimising Operations data collection processes regarding KPIs, Process Improvement Objectives, Environment-Health-Safety and Sustainability.
• 📈 Delivering regular reports to keep teams in the loop including month end reporting.
• 🔍 Analysing reports to uncover opportunities and value within Operations function.
• 🤝 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance) to implement improvements.
• 🌟 Driving positive change and efficiency within our Operations function for a data-oriented approach.

• Educated to Degree Level: a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline will set you up for success.
• Excellent Analytical Skills: someone who can navigate complex datasets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights to drive operational improvements.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Excel isn't just a tool for you; it's your playground. You should be able to demonstrate advanced skills, including mastery of pivot tables.
• Manufacturing Sector Expertise: You're not just familiar with manufacturing; you've worked in the sector. Your hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry gives you a unique perspective that we value.
• Deep Understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Processes: Your knowledge extends beyond the surface. If terms like Lean and Six Sigma are part of your operational vocabulary.
• Learning Agility: We're looking for someone who thrives on new challenges, embraces continuous learning, and can quickly integrate new information and skills into their toolkit.
