Requirements:
10-15 years of total experience with proven track record of successful partnerships in Edtech industry in India
Strong business acumen and B2B relationship building skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical and process oriented mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to hire, retain and mentor a growing team
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field. MBA preferred
