Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR tasks such as assisting with HR management, creating and administering HR policies and employee benefits. This is a hybrid role with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Ability to assist with HR management and personnel management
• Experience in creating and administering HR policies and employee benefits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus

We will provide performance based salary, fixed salary will be given only after the intern is selected for the job after 3 months of training
