Process Associate Non Voice

Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi

Shift: Night (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Salary: 13000/ basic 2000/ incentives

Working Days: 5 days/week (Fixed Sat & Sun off)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Process Associate for our Non Voice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various nonvoice tasks efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Process incoming data and documents accurately and efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Follow established guidelines and procedures for processing tasks.

Meet productivity targets and deadlines consistently.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
   
2. Previous experience in a nonvoice process role is preferred but not required.
   
3. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office applications.
   
4. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
   
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
   
6. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
   
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   
8. Willingness to work night shifts.
