SeamsFriendly is seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Intern to join our team for a 6-month Internship. This exciting opportunity allows aspiring fashion designers to gain hands-on experience, enhance their skills, and contribute to our dynamic team.

This is a paid internship with a stipend of ₹5000/month.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Overseeing the sampling and production process for in-house and outsourced production.
• Supervise sampling and production team of cutters, tailors, embroiderers, and production assistants to ensure timely delivery of all samples and ordered garments. 
• Ensuring Sampling and Production is Cost-Effective.
• Ensuring Productivity of Entire Team.
• Identify and work with external manufacturers.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Order Processing
• Master Data Management
• Inventory Management
• Content Creation for Social Media 
• Planning and Assisting in In-House Photoshoots

Skills and Experience

• A Design Degree is preferable. 
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team towards goals.
• Time management, multi-tasking, and people management. 
• Be willing to adapt and collaborate with all teams within the company.
• Have project management experience. Be able to plan and prepare reports.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify relevant, engaging issues.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Have a positive attitude towards work and be able to motivate a team.
