- Prepare engaging text, image (info graphic) and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Skills Required :-
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in SMO
- Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
- Knowledge of SEO OFF page is a MUS
