Job description

We are looking for an Accountant cum Office Staff.

White Surface is a one-stop destination for home mandir and wall decor products in entire Eastern India.

This is a full-time on-site role for an accountant cum office staff. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll. They will also ensure compliance with tax regulations and work with external auditors to supervise audits. Along with it they will have to make follow up calls to client regarding new orders, schedule meetings, payment collections and more.

Office Location - Opposite Howrah Avani Mall.

Timing - 10.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Days: Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software(Tally) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
