• Any Bachelor’s degree or Any Certification Course in Information Technology.
• Work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.

• Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Responding to Employee/User support requests in timely manner.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Basic Understanding of ISO Standards (ISO-9001/27001)
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Base on requirement work after office hours.
