Position: Business Development Manager/ASM/SM Department: Agency Channel Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing CTC: Upto 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits Key Responsibilities: Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs) Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement) Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium) Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms Candidate Preference: Good Communication Skills Ability to convince and influence others Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks Willing to Travel in the designated region / city Local Language preferred Interview Process: Online Assessment (Test) HR Telephonic Round F2F Interview/Video Call Interview with Line Manager Rewards: Attractive incentives Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year awards Special award ceremonies to celebrate high performing teams.
