Responsibilities:
- Managing loan disbursement, fund management, collections reconciliations and financial reconciliations across multiple lenders.
- Managing data inputs and data operations required for lending including sending out salary deduction statements and acquiring earnings data.
- Work with engineering to ensure process automation and system enhancements required for high quality finops with aggressive focus on reducing manual efforts.
- Handling consumer lending, merchant settlements, personal loans, and customer service queries around financial details.
- Building and leading a team, focusing on goal setting, training, and performance management.
- Handling end to end due diligence audits including requests by regulatory bodies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and SQL is a major plus.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Qualifications:
- Around 10 years of experience in finance operations with .
- Comprehensive understanding of finance operations, automation, and process improvements.
- Strong accounting background and relevant degree/certifications.
