Purchase Executive - Hotel Supplies (Chokhi Dhani)

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Purchase Executive to join our team and play a vital role in our procurement process. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research to identify and source high-quality hotel supplies, including food & beverage items, kitchen equipment, uniforms, and housekeeping materials. Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with vendors, ensuring value for money. Manage vendor relationships, building strong communication and fostering long-term partnerships. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Track inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize stock control and minimize waste. Oversee deliveries and conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain detailed records of all purchases, including invoices and contracts. Generate reports on procurement activities, analyzing trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments, such as kitchen, housekeeping, and accounts, to understand their needs and ensure smooth procurement processes. Stay updated on market trends and fluctuations in the hospitality industry. Mandatory Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for the hotel industry. Desired Skills & Qualifications Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and procurement software (a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience in sourcing and managing contracts with international vendors (a plus).
