The Job You will be responsible for : - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email, social media and chat platforms - Provide accurate information and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations - Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set for the role - Maintain customer data and records accurately in the designated systems Ideal Candidate : - You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Apparel & Sporting Goods, Automotive and Retail industry. - You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. - You have working knowledge of Chat support, email support and customer support executive - You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard - You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments - You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsJob tags
