Our Client is a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) mobile refurbishing company committed to providing high-quality, sustainable, and affordable mobile devices. Our mission is to reduce electronic waste, promote eco-friendly practices, and make quality smartphones accessible to everyone. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to lead our client's operations in the Haryana region.
Position Overview As the Area Manager for the Haryana region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including sales, customer service, logistics, and team management. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives, expanding our customer base, and maintaining our reputation for excellence in mobile device refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and set clear performance objectives.
Operational Excellence - Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of refurbishment facilities and logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with central supply chain teams.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality standards.
Customer Focus - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to improve our services.
Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to drive performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Management - Prepare and manage the budget for the Haryana region.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
Compliance And Reporting - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the consumer electronics industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile device refurbishing processes and best practices.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of the Haryana region's mobile market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
