Essential FunctionsAbility to work on multiple projects Schedule calls and share MOMs Strong Understanding of Test Planning, Design, Execution and Defect Reporting & Tracking. Extensive working experience on all phases ofSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC), its methodologies such asAgile, SCRUMandWaterfall Model. Ability to write share, precise and logical Test cases/Scenarios Experience of any defect management tool like Jira Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. Work with software developers and project support teams. Study BRD, FRD. End to End Testing. Analyze metrics in Causal Analysis meetings to define corrective actions. Participating in Peer Reviews. Participate in process improvement and defect prevention activities. Status of any deliverables (Test Scenarios/Test Script/Defect). Good to have skills (Not Mandatory): Automation Testing experience using any modern-day tools like Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework and Cucumber etc. Ability to develop and design automated test strategies for functional, non-functional and performance testing that helps increase testing coverage and reduce overall testing cycle times | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
