Job Description Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) Job Overview We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively understand customer requirement, propose relevant product scheme, close deal and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner. Understand customer requirement and make sale accordingly Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Requirements: Fresher/Experienced in outbound calling can apply. Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Candidates must have a good command over English language. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Candidates must be opened for Night shift as per companys requirement. Shift Timings: Timings for US shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
