Hiring general manager - HR & administration for 100 bedded multispeciality hospital and research centre in Goalpara Assam.
Qualification - Graduation + MBA in HR & Administration.
HEALTHCARE AND HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Job Description -
General Manager should cooperate with the managing director and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
Delegating daily tasks.
Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
Help promote improvement across all departments by emphasising on safety, output targets, problem-solving, and team building.
Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.
Creating reports as necessary about practices, effectiveness, participation, etc.
Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
Supplying and maintaining office equipment
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Conducting general supervision, including engaging, training, and attendance of employees
Setting a good example for staff.
Experience - minimum 5 years working in multispeciality hospital or diagnostic centre.
Salary - upto 75k + furnished accommodation
