Who are we Looking for

We are seeking a dynamic Travel & Tours Consultant to join our Travel & Tour Division focusing exlusively on holidays in the Maldives .

You will be working in tandem with our Airline Partners Resort Partners based in the Maldives promoting and selling tour packages to luxury and budget resorts via direct nonstop flights from Karnataka to the Maldives.

If you have a deep understanding of the Maldivian hospitality industry excellent communication skills and a flair for crafting unforgettable travel experiences this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

As a Travel and Tour Consultant Maldives Specialist your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations to the Maldives.

1. Destination Expertise: Possess indepth knowledge about the Maldives including its resorts attractions activities and local culture.
2. Customer Consultation: Understand clients preferences interests and budget constraints to tailor personalized holiday packages that exceed their expectations.
3. Sales and Booking: Proactively promote and sell Maldives holiday packages ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries including flights accommodations transfers and activities while considering clients individual preferences.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on the latest travel trends promotions and industry news related to the Maldives to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
6. Customer Support: Provide excellent pre and posttravel assistance addressing client inquiries concerns and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members suppliers and travel partners to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Travel and Tour Consultant with a focus on selling holiday packages.
2. Strong knowledge of the travel industry particularly in the Maldives market.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
4. Salesoriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
5. Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
6. Detailoriented and wellorganized.
7. Passion for travel and a genuine interest in promoting the Maldives as a top travel destination.
