Job description
Need Executive Assistant to Senior Director who can join us immediately or within 30 days notice period :
Â
- Managing/organizing meetings and appointments.
- Managing Emails, calls & other related works given by the Senior Director
- Preferred someone with IT MNC experience
- Need to be open to feedbacks and be a very positive person
- Need some one who has strong interpersonal skills and can work with teams & team leaders. Can handle different working styles and get work done.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Prepares, Keeps and distributes minutes of meetings
- Fast learner and have intelligent response
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Excellent English writing/speaking skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power point) is a MUST
- MAINTAIN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY at work
- VERY STRONG AND GOOD COMMAND OVER ENGLISH LANGUAGE - Written & Oral
- Experience- strongly preferred some one who worked in MNC's - IT or BPO - 6yrs plus

Salary will depend on experience.
Timings : 11am to 8pm ( should be open to extend timings when there is work as we work in US projects)
Work from OFFICE - Gachibowli , Next to DLF building
Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
